Xbox Series X: This Is What Microsoft's New Cross-Platform Logo Looks Like

The launch of the Xbox Series X is getting closer and now Many titles that appear for the next-gen console are known. Many games are released for both Xbox Series X and Xbox One. Microsoft has therefore designed a new Xbox logo.
The redesigned Xbox logo has now been used for the first time in a video. Attentive players who have seen the latest trailer for "Crash Bandicoot 4" should have noticed the new symbol. The logo appears at the very end of the clip, where the supported platforms are listed. Interestingly, the new logo can only be seen in the trailer version shown on the "Crash Bandicoot" channel.
The current trailer for the upcoming game was also released on the Xbox channel. However, only the existing Xbox logo is shown here. It is unclear whether the revised symbol was simply an error. It would be conceivable that the new logo should not be revealed until a later point in time.

The logo contains names of both consoles

In contrast to the "old" symbol, the revised logo contains the names of both Xbox consoles. After the well-known Xbox ball and the lettering, the names of the two consoles are listed one below the other and surrounded by a square bracket. The entire logo was designed in white.
The display of both console names indicates that a game will later be available for Xbox One and Xbox Series X. This does not force players to buy the new console just to play a certain title. "Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time" is scheduled for release on October 2nd for Xbox One and will likely be available as a launch title for Xbox Series X.
